OUR SIGNATURE OFFSET ELECTRIC

The Zephyr combines elements of a non-reverse Firebird with an offset Jazzmaster-style body, with the neck marrying the tuning stability and enhanced clarity of the 25.5” scale length with the comfort and speed of a Gibson-style 12” fretboard radius. The best of both worlds.
This design acts as a great platform for a range of pickup options; accentuating the gainy twang of Monty's vintage wound Jazzmaster pickups, but just as happy with Powertrons or P90s.

We strive to build guitars that feel like you've been playing them your whole life - your guitar should feel like an extension of you. We hand carve every neck to ensure all positions up the fretboard are effortlessly comfortable. Fret ends and neck edges are rolled for a vintage played-in feel. The lacquer on the back of the neck can be sanded to a thin sheen, and we can employ ageing techniques and checking to thin nitro lacquer coats on the body. All this comes together to achieve perfect balance of a vintage instrument with modern playability.
ORDERING
As our instruments are custom built to order, lead times will vary based on the options you choose. Once we've discussed your build we will supply a rough timescale and will keep you updated throughout the process (as a rough guide, currently allow 6 months). We take a £600 deposit at time of ordering, with the balance payable on completion.
Occasionally we will have 'ready to go' instruments available for sale, keep an eye on this website and our social media pages for those.
